ROCKY VIEW COUNTY, ALBERTA– September 19, 2019. Qualico Communities and Bordeaux Developments, co-developers of the community of Harmony are pleased to announce the launch of a new series of Estate Show Homes. Harmony is two-time BILD Community of the Year, Calgary Region, located five minutes west of Calgary’s city limits, in the community of Springbank, Rocky View County.
Award-winning builders in this collection include Augusta Fine Homes, Baywest Homes, and for the first time, Calbridge Homes will join the builder group. Each will unveil a spectacular new model home.
Known as the ‘Tamarack Collection’ this will be the second show home parade in Harmony’s segment of premium housing, replacing the original parade that pioneered with the community launch in November of 2015.
The Tamarack Collection offers upscale living on larger country-sized lots ranging in size from 50’-70’ foot wide frontages and has proven to be one of the more popular home segments in Harmony. Most of these lots accommodate expansive home designs with triple-front and side-attached garages. Many are walkout style that back on to lush green space or offer unblemished panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains.
Homes start at $1Million with home, average lot and GST and grow with the owner’s imagination and budget.

An event will kick off the celebration on September 28thfrom 12:00 – 4:00 pm. The Harmony Fall Harvest Celebration will feature an upscale rustic elegance that focuses on the celebration of a job well done by our builders, celebrating a meal to welcome new guests to the community and the luxurious exploration of three new show homes.

The same three builders of the Tamarack Collection are also building the Edgewater Lakefront homes in Harmony. These new show homes will showcase each builder’s designs and quality and purchasers are able to design their waterfront homes from this location.

Harmony’s jewel is the 40-acre recreational lake (which will expand by another 100 acres in the future) complemented by Canada’s first Mickelson National Golf Club.
