ROCKY VIEW COUNTY, ALBERTA – September 27, 2019 - Qualico Communities and Bordeaux Developments, co-developers of the community of Harmony, are pleased to announce the launch of a new segment of single family homes under the ‘Poplar Collection’ brand. The Poplar Collection are both front-attached garage and rear-laned homes that start in the high $500s.
“It’s always exciting when we can launch a new parade of show homes,” says Cheryl Heilman, Director of Marketing with Qualico Communities. “What is even more exciting is when we can expand our customer base to people who want to make Harmony their home, and have this budget to purchase their dream lifestyle in Springbank.”
Builders in this collection include Baywest Homes, Broadview Homes and Sterling Homes Group. Lots range from from 38’-44’ foot wide frontages. The show homes range from 2,300 sq.ft. up to 2,800 sq.ft.
To introduce the ‘new kid on the block’, Harmony is hosting a family fun block party sales event on Saturday October 5th from 12:00 – 4:00 pm to launch the new show home parade.
The family fun block party will feature entertainment, and food to complement the three new show homes.
“This price-point hasn’t been available until now in Harmony, and we have heard that potential residents were looking for homes in this range. That makes this launch all the more exciting,” says Ryan Hall, Vice President of Marketing & Communications for Bordeaux Developments. “Harmony’s master plan includes homes in a variety of styles and price ranges for everyone. It took a few years to get to this point, but I’m confident our Poplar Collection will hit the spot and enable even more families to enjoy the Harmony lifestyle.”
