Protecting Your Financial Interests
As a partner, Bordeaux Developments brings financial strength to the project. We are managed conservatively, with no debt on raw land. We protect the financial interests of all partners under all market conditions.
Our projects are independently financed with high levels of equity and prudent levels of debt. We recommend that no debt, except for servicing financing, be secured by land projects. Servicing financing is repaid through pre-arranged lot sales to builders or home owners. Equity contributions are used to fund approval costs. This ensures adverse business cycles will not impact the ability to hold the land, meet return on investment targets and continue development where appropriate.
Management costs are minimized and up front non-site costs are charged to projects below cost. With other fees paid only upon successful completion of the project, our partners can be assured their interests are protected.
